Christian Education
Sunday School meets at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday mornings. Children and
young people meet in the Church School Wing. Nursery Care is also provided there at that time. All children rejoin their families
during the service for communion.
Lay Ministries
There are a variety of ministries in which people are welcome to
serve at Grace Church. Among these are the choir, the acolytes (open to anyone 9 years and above), the greeters, and hosts
for the Coffee Hours after the 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Sunday services. Please see the Rector for more information.
Choir
"Sing aloud to God our strength; shout for joy to
the God of Jacob" (Psalm 81:1). "Sing to him, sing praises to him, tell of all his wonderful works"
(1 Chron. 16.99). These verses are in the imperative. It is in this spirit that we view our choir, as a vehicle wherein we
can live out this command and lead those in our congregation to do the same. Our rehearsals are every Thursday, at the church,
7:00 PM. Please join us in this our musical ministry of "thanksgiving and praise to the Lord" (1 Chron. 25:3).
St. Christopher's Guild-Episcopal Church Women
All the women of Grace are members of the Guild. By means of rummage
sales, bazaars, fashion shows and other events, the Guild porovides funds for many projects in the church and the community
for the poor and needy. They are also available to assist at receptions after weddings and funerals.
Outreach Programs
In addition to the many ways the members of the Grace Church family
are active in the community, the Parish provides both people and financial aid to assist individuals and families who
are in need. Current Outreach activites also include the following:
